I am amazed by some of the decisions we make on team selection.
There seems to be a lack of confidence in their own ability to try something different.

You just knew that would be the 11 Smith picked :-) I love the guy but his team selections and lack of substitutions baffle me some times. I really fear that MF will get overran today lads!

I don’t think Deano rates rotating the players available to him Scotty. I’m starting to think even if he suddenly had De Bruyne available in the squad, he would still stick with Barkley and McGinn.

I can't understand why he's not starting with Sanson. Trust? Doesn't rate him? Is this another Samatta type signing, although he did play him.
If Jack is out for a few weeks it could define our season.

I agree with Chris, confidence in abilities, unfortunately there is no quality with abilities to bring on. And in the future players are going to be reluctant to join us if they are bench warmers for an unacceptable time frame, they will look at Sansom and think that's not for me.

At least we've got some youngsters on the bench- clutching at straws I know but trying to put a positive slant on things, I'll get my coat ðŸ˜.
