Jonny, of course three points are important, i can't agree with you regarding the quality or lack of it, win ugly against ten men just does not work for me. Many of the 42000 fans pay to be entertained and I thought we were poor today, One shot on target and a total lack of creativity,poor Ollie had very little service at all, we could have easily dropped points today, against a very average side. Emery has said we must improve at home and i couldn't agree more. Two more wins and we have the magical 40 points. Its time, now we are virtually safe, to start to play more attacking football, preparing already for next seasons push for Europe. Finally my usual rant about Bailey, he is just a complete waste of time.

bailey is frustrating scottie i agree but there's a player there somewhere i'd keep him.as a squadie thou,id get gnonto off leeds to replace him

Why do we play better away than at home? It's because the fans are too quick to moan if we don't fast, free flowing football. It makes the team nervous.

Most important is the fact that it is 3pts and lifts us a bit further away from the bottom.
Best news is that Diago Costa is close to match fitness and we might see him next week.
He could be a major player for us at the back. A bit of muscle, the enforcer we we lack.
