As I said Chelsea are the best example, they have spent millions on supposedly top strikers who have flopped completely. On the other hand, look it up the amount of former youth players who have gone on to excel elsewhere .When you can spend £600m in one session and still have their problems, it shows it's not always the best way . Tim, Archer and young Ramsey, brought along in the right way, could save us a fortune . So Emery, don't just ditch them without giving them that chance . Some of the young lads we have recently brought in,we have had to fight off big clubs to get them .These kids have come here because they believe they have a chance, if they don't get that chance,others will stop coming. I think BK has got it spot on, we buy youngsters cheap develop them and then sell them on at a huge profit and use the money to fund buying players proven at first team level. Apart from Jack I can’t recall any of our talented youngsters having made the transition from youth to first team football despite allegedly having some of the best young talent in Europe and unfortunately I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

it would be nice for youngsters to break into 1st team squad, i still think imbroghen,ramsey,archer will be around 1st team squad nxt season,unai does play youth aswell he's known for it,he played saka,rowe,chukerikeze from villareal,reyes and navas when he was at seville and others we just need to be patient with youth,they will be a big clear out with squad in summer so that could pave the way for 2or 3 youngsters to grab squad numbers and if they impress in preseason if not we will sell for a profit
