No, he is a good player just going through a rough patch he will come good let’s not forget he had good games against Fulham and Liverpool you need to support players when they go through these rough patches we have done it long enough with Targett and in fairness he is playing better so will McGinn if we show patience.

I think Conor should come in Raj. He might just bring a bit of order to the midfield and help Matty Cash out a bit more who has been doubled up on in the last 2 games, and not received anywhere near adequate assistance. Conor’s dead ball abilities could also prove invaluable against an Arsenal side who are a bit vulnerable in those situations.

Connor in for McGinn, I love him but he’s been way off it since the Liverpool game, awful on Sunday. No one is irreplaceable, look how good Trez was coming off the bench on Sunday, looked like a man who had just had a friendly reminder that his position isn’t guaranteed!

Yes might give him the kick up the ass he needs performances like that can't keep happening but cash aswel should be dropped play elmo for few games till they wake up otherwise they think they can keep getting away with it. But Dean Smith should take the blame aswel zonal marking from corners? Mgcinn should never be on a 6.5 Cbk we conceded goals like that last year he must learn! Ollie has had no service either so i would play ross barkley as a 10 which he switched to 2nd half.

For what it's worth, I would keep McGinn in the 11 because it's McGinn! :) Having said that I think it'd be healthy to rotate a few more players here and there, even though I think we have too big a quality gap between the starting 11 and the bench.
