When teams double or treble mark a threat most clever managers then use this to an advantage as it frees up others and should create more space, that's the theory unless you are Aston Villa, this is down to basic coaching, which we are completely devoid of.

Young players need to be exposed to tense situations at some point, if you keep waiting, they will want out and leave or get snapped up by the so called big boys.
You have said yourself you would sacrifice the cup, and concentrate on the league, well we have the chance to do that on Sunday.
Play a mixed up side.

Experience and youth has more often than not been a successful blend.
I don’t think they’ll be nervous because expectations won’t be that high and if they do well against a team of Man City’s quality they will have the confidence to carry that through against weaker opposition.

I'd throw the kids in our players haven't been good enough simple apart from jck, mggin, Heaton, Reina, I'd play mungo bridge at RB, vasselev at left wing, barry at right wing, with sammata, archer upront, we have nothing too loose in cup final because let's be real is anyone expecting us too win,? We haven't got a chance city will carve us open, deano won't change his tactics he's too stubborn to see his methods are clearly not working, we shouldn't playing out from the back also we should be playing more longer balls quicker, and get more crossers in to the box, we are living in dangerous grounds now, I still think we have time too stay up only if we change manager thou but it doesn't look like that will happen, so we might aswell stick with him if we go down and get hit with ffp because he knows how to get out of the league.
