Latest transfer rumours suggest us and Leicester are interested in PSV Eindhoven and Ivory Coast midfielder Ibrahim Sangare. Don't know much about him, but my understanding is that Leicester need to sell before they can buy ?

Slightly worrying that this is was the last unsubstantiated Rumour to be posted about a week ago. I seem to remember being in a similar vortex this time last year with just over a week to go and - no more signings. Do you think that’s it for this window? ?

We did our business early. Don't forget, we've still actually signed more than a lot of teams, just half of them were before the window even opened.
The main problem areas have all been resolved. DM, CB, backup LB, backup GK.
We don't sign people for the sake of it now and the club are good at keeping any talks pretty quiet. Unless the right options become available and we get a couple off the books then we probably won't be doing anything else.

We signed 2 players that we didn’t have last season so it’s hardly a lot of business, and the fact that signing couthinho means he’s going to interfere with Buendia starting is a bit of a worry, Buendia was in much better form than couthinho but Phil is gerrards buddy so he got preferential treatment if you ask me. still a long way to go to catch West Ham who were already miles ahead of us. Newcastle are not done yet either and we will have to be very consistent to finish ahead of wolves if they match last years results. going to be a long season if you ask me. glad archer is staying, our midfield is still lacking, maybe Ramsey will move up another level, that’s if he’s playing every week, it’s a catch 22, balance experience with potential
