See that Danny Ings has rejected a 4 year deal.
Defo be interested in him along with James ward prowse.

Maybe we could sell him the project and tell him European football is our aim in 12 months time?

Chelsea back up, if Werners spell infront of goal carries on then Ings fits their system perfectly, so he’s no doubt get a chance.
West Ham, he’d be a starter for them.
Spurs in the new weird European third competition, replacement or back up to Kane.
Leicester, very similar player to Vardy so ideal to push him, step in for injuries etc fight for a starting place.
Ings is a top top striker, absolute bagsman, he gets into every side in the league outside of Europe and he’d be pushing for a place in the ones in Europe.
This could still effect us however, could selling him be the straw that breaks the camels back, in that Ward-Prowse has watched southampton consistently sell off their best players season on season, showing no ambition. Sell Ings and Prowse may finally think, they aren’t going to change so maybe I should move aswell.

I agree with everything in that post Chris. would be great to sign ings but I can’t see it happening there are other options for him I’m sure, if ings is sold JWP will definitely need to have a chat with himself about his future.

It’s funny the situation at Southampton, they have let Bertrand go, Ings looks like he might be angling for a move, Vestergaard is interesting Spurs and obviously we are in for Ward-Prowse, I can’t see Southampton letting all of them go to be honest.
