Emile Smith Rowe.
According to Arsenal 75M a starting point.

Closest I've seen to Jack's playing style Dave and if we can get him for a reasonable fee it makes perfect sense and he could be an excellent Grealish replacement if he does eventually leave (hopefully not soon tho )

He's definitely not worth that much, 35-40 at a push based on his age and potential. Still it's riling up the Arse fans ðŸ˜.

Arsenal fans seem convinced it is just Villa beating a dead horse etc but Stan Collymore made a good point, if Villa haven’t been given some indication from the player that there’s an interest or inkling of potential, then we wouldn’t be pursuing it.
I get the argument of him being in talks for a new deal and this being an agent tactic to get him a better deal, but if we can acknowledge this and it’s potential to be the case, then our board/ owners are way to sharp to be led down the garden path and used in this way.
Whether this comes off is another thing, and whether this is a signal that the Grealish deal is done or Grealish has given warning he wants a move, we shall see. But in certain there is some interest, no matter how big or small from ESR about a move to Villa.

That`s about it Chris, I agree with Moose 35 - 40 would be just about right.
The lights of Brum do not have the pull of London, that`s my problem on this one.

Very true Dave, seems a lot of players opt for lifestyle as apposé to career prospects these days.
My positive thought is, is the interest there because ESR has been given assurance he’d be playing with Grealish, and not replacing him. We’ve heard Saka wax lyrical about Grealish numerous times, hearing this and seeing first hand this season how good he can be, has this been the carrot dangled to ESR.

Ok mate, I will jump onboard based on that assessment.
I really do hope you are right Chris, because Buendia, ESR, and Jack, would give us some real quality, our attacking options and creativity should equal or even better anything in the premiership.
