Hahaha Mark my first Sunday League side I played for was the Glebe pub I was 15 at the time playing with grown men who was hell bent on fighting every week was a eye opener but In my second season I did end up top goal scorer with a grand total of 10.In that same season I scored the winning goal in the semis on the Coranation cup playing Tressines in the final edging them 1-0 I came on as sub in the last 10 mins as the manager thought I couldn't hack it playing against what was them a well known Zulu club oh the days.

It’s always good to reflect on our playing days Daz. From the age of 18 onwards, I played centre half for Shipston- on- Stour, a smallish town between Stratford and Banbury.
Before that I played as a striker in a very useful U16 team, and scored a fair few. I never forget one game against one of the few teams that gave us a game, our manager and theirs rolling around in the mud fighting, during the game. I can’t remember who came out on top in the fight, but I remember us winning the game.
