I think Gerrard would be a good fit at villa he would demand respect and players would give it, also he doesn't hold back aswell, I think if offered job even if we go dwn he'd take it, he's done a good job at rangers and he's promoted youth as well.

Could be a decent shout actually, more so if we go down - I could be deluded but I think Villa could attract bigger managerial names in the Premiership. What's his style of play?
Tell you what though, I wouldn't say no to Morales from Rangers - Gets sent off quite a bit but knows where the goal is and would add some serious bite to our front line.

I too have promoted Gerrard as a replacement for Deano if he were sacked but the rumours are that he turned down Bristol City because he intends to see out his contract at Rangers unusual loyalty these days but if true he won’t be coming to us under such circumstances.

I think he knows that if he wins the title in Scotland his stock will rise exponentially - Celtic are so dominant currently! He would certainly be a good choice in the Championship.

The dream would be poch or allegri but I'd settle for dyche or O'Neil or sherwood.
