Just a quick reply to Classof82 about your post yesterday.
Mate I am not one of the chosen few, and yes this site is all about differing views.
That is why my view is different from yours, I could say the same about you not agreeing with me, correct.
The reality in all of this is, myself and others on here realise the difficulty involved in rebuilding a team.
I am also fully aware of the problems that arise in doing so.
I never expected instant success, that hopefully will come in time, the ultimate word being "time".
So I will continue to support our manager and his mistakes until it becomes obvious that we as a club are going backwards.
So understand, I do not consider myself a know-all as you seem to to be implying, I am just suggesting we give someone the time and support for what he is trying to do with his team and our team.
If you don`t want that, its fine by me.
Long may he reign, warts an all.

Fair play to you Villadave-i think we all want the gaffer to get the job done, and yes we do have a good few players who'll take time to bed in, but for me there are some glaring errors which we're not addressing, you know the rule of thumb is everything comes from a solid defence, get that right and the foundations of a team are set, but I don't see that with us, we lack concentration and grit, we've got John Terry as a coach who knows how to win and get players at it, yet still we are naive more often than we should be, that for me says he's not being allowed the authority he needs to get the lads ship-shape, our team selection seems lop-sided to me as well, come January I hope we buy an experienced striker, and maybe the gaffer has the matter in hand, but whatever we do in the transfer market, the simple fact is for me, we're too open, and we have no plan b to fall back on when the opposition match us tactically, when teams play like strangers we were always told, a couple of weeks of double training sessions improved fitness, and more importantly, greatly improved understanding and camaraderie, which would then instill confidence and thus being more comfortable and relaxed on the ball, and so build team belief, that isn't rocket science, that's common sense, and it bloody well works, so I don't understand why the gaffer hasn't done this? -it beggars belief! -so, it a nutshell, its plain to see the gaffer has to do something with our defence, if he doesn't, that that smacks of complacency, arrogance, ineptitude, or the worst scenario, not realising, and if that's the case, then doesn't deserve the right to stay in charge., if the likes of pochettino can be sacked after All he's done at the spuds, then deano should be aware he's not the only game in town, and maybe it might wake him up to smell the coffee, the table doesn't lie, he needs to up his game as well, I hope he does.

Classof82, two points you you mentioned, you say we lack grit, what is grit: bookings, fouling, red cards?
Also you say if Pochettino can get sacked, then so can Deano.
I think you should be aware Pochettino has been at spurs for nearly 6 years, not 6 months.
