And of course we all know better than a man that's been in football most of his life and it's not because he's at Villa because Mings is in the squad. Sometimes we just have to hold our hands up and say there are better players with a better attitude in that position and also on a final note it bodes well for us don't you think? Because it means he will have to be a better person and a better player for us next season bigger picture and all that.

Exactly the point I am trying to make Daz, you have explained it better than I have to be fair mate.
I think Jack is a good player for sure, but that`s it.
Like you say Daz, his attitude stinks, he certainly sets no examples, and his antics prove he is not up to leader ship (captain) .

Jack's a better option than Greenwood so forgive me for suspecting it's the usual elitism. Phillips is literally only there for lack of options when you consider the noise surrounding him before was non existent this season.
