In answer to Villa4eva, Very true I am not your friend "shame".
But what I am is a very tolerant person, and I believe in fairness.
That in my book is giving a person the chance and time, to put something right that has been wrong for a very long time.
We are slowly getting there, most things about our club are now good, and getting better with time, the playing staff will be tweaked and improved even more in January, which was the plan anyway.
If you and your villa mates want to get rid of our manager, renew most of the playing staff, you would destroy everything that has been achieved in the last twelve months.
Yes you have your ideas, and maybe believe they are correct, but
don`t delude yourself into thinking a new manager would improve us.
Think back, some on here wanted Deano out before he even got started, then we get promoted and he is the best thing since sliced bread.
How shameful and two faced is that.
If you want to be part of that then fine, but remember how hard it will be for you to start bragging and banging the drum how good we are, when all you have done is complain about him.

Dave, I have stated on here before, that now is a no patience society. Everything has to be now . Nothing is made to last, the mindset is, it’s ok we just change it .
The problem is, this doesn’t apply in football, any team has to have a starting base, a foundation . We now have this, with the owners and management team we have . I know our owners are, reported Billionaires, but the rules don’t let you buy, an automatic world beating side . You have to, build it over time, layer upon layer . We all know that new players, will be added, but there will still be certain monetary restrictions we will have to keep .
I know it’s hard for some, but patience is needed .
Some on here don’t appear, to think Deano is the man to, take us forward . Personally I think he is, but our owners are, football loving business men, but business men first . When they consider things aren’t moving in the right direction, I’m sure changes will be made if needed .

Sacking dean now is a really stupid statement in my book.
So we bring in another manager with his own ideas and coaching staff.
Plus his different mind set on the players he likes and and new players he wants.
So we are going to RIP up all the progress we have made and start all over again?
As they say Rome was not built in a day!
We are doing what I expected and we are in the table position I expected.
I'm sure we will be fine this season.
Some fans need to think back just over 1 year and think where we could be now if not for our new owners?
Administration that's where!
We were so close to going back into a big black hole with no sign of coming back anytime soon, .
Some fans really annoy me with what we should be doing now and expecting us to be in and around the top 6 now.
Sheff utd have done brilliantly up to now but they have a really settled squad built up over a few years.
With villa we have 12 new players replacing all the deadwood in the club.
It's a different scenario to Sheffield United case.
So come on all you villa fans get behind the team and the gaffer and we will get to where we want to in the end.
Patience is the key to most things and this is one of them.
