Just read the Tielemens stats and reviews on his performances in the two euro games, very impressive reading, hope he delivers for us, i think he is an excellent signing, hopefully one of many quality signings.
I just wonder if rhere us anything behind the announcement that we play Vilareal in our final friendly, is this part if the deal for their defender?

I'm genuinely surprised we got him lads, I think Leicester's poor season may have put a few CL Clubs off him - Be interesting to see where he plays, his heat map would indicate be plays in the McGinn position which suggests to me we may see McGinn further forward next season. Great start to the summer window, he's on big wages but 12-24 months ago Leicester would have wanted 40M+ for Tielemans, so to bag him on a free is a real coup. Be interesting to see who follows him in the door, the rumours have gone quiet of late but you'd expect things to heat up quite soon.

Bk, obviously like Kamara on big wages, i haven't heard how much Tielemens is reportedly on, have you read any numbers. My guess is £150,000 a week, we were allegedly paying Ings £125and that was with what turned out to be a stupid fee.

The rumour mill suggests 180K a week, apparently we broke our wage structure to get him - I guess if you role that out over a 4 or 5 year deal you land on what you'd expect to pay for him if he wasn't available on a free so still good business.
