Sound lads new on here but check out posts once a week . Can anyone tell me why dean smith is scared to put kodja upfront with wesley when were loosing and have a go? Big wes is still new to the prem its difficult on own. everyone knows he is going to hold ball up so easy to tackle . Were getting draws and loosing close games to best teams in league and its like we got 10 men .

In answer to your question.
Dont think with the players we have we can play 2 up top.
We need more muscle in that midfield.
We are to easy to play against we don't press enough .
But it could be worth a try but who do you play up top?

Cheers for warm welcome lads . Its just hard watching midfield running round like nutters with no end product . If we look like scoring its either from grealish / el gazi maybe mcginn . I watched rangers striker yesterday and i don't think he's what we need . 3-1 down against yesterday would of been perfect time to try kodja upfront with big wes to see if makes a difference . I just think from goal keeper to midfield were a prem side just nothing up front . If we had a couple of more goals from our striker/ strikers we would be a decent team .

Yeah, I do agree things do need to be tried, especially if you are chasing the game.
As you say it would of been ideal, the game was beyond at 3-1.
We must not forget Deano is learning as well.

Fair point . I think the team has got something as we played well against tottenham liverpool man united man city . I just think upfront somethings got to change as teams around us picking up points . Hopefully we get a mature striker january exspesive or cheap just to show a few tricks of the trade in the prem . Good run of games coming up so hopefully get up the league ðŸ‘.
