He's been linked with a move all summer, including the first game of the season against Newcastle. I'd say his 'best football' has just coincided with playing Everton and Hibs.
Truth is he's always been a good left back, but he's had injuries and Emery clearly rates Moreno more so he hasn't had a solid run of games. Feels like this is the club wanting him off the wage bill.but personally I think it would be a massive risk to let him go before January now.
