Bit of a conundrum for the upcoming Spurs v Brentford game. We could do with Spurs being beaten but that would put Brentford just one point behind us, albeit we'd have a game in hand until 3 o clock. A draw puts Spurs on 58 so we'd then have to beat Liverpool to go above them ?

A Brentford win was always the best outcome. Yes, it adds another team into the mix, but at least now a draw against Liverpool means a win against Brighton guarantees 7th with a possibility of 6th.

Win our 2 games and we play in Europe next year it’s that simple we need to do our own business and not rely on other teams.
