Had time to reflect on the game. We definitely need a new Central defence partnership. Konsa and Mings were a liability. Trying to play out from the back with these two is a problem.
At least one CH in the summer.
Midfield wasn't too bad. For 20 minutes in the 2nd half we actually held our own and created one or two decent opportunities.
Duran has a lot of potential. Bailey offered us a good option on the wing too. Watkins was lively.
The manager can't take the blame for 3 of Arsenal's goals. One lucky rebound, and the 4th was just ridiculous.
If game had finished 2-2 not even Gooners could have moaned.
The biggest issue is we lose games against Leicester and that's what costs us a decent finish.
This was a free hit but Leicester was bad.
Everton away is now a big game, and more difficult than it could have been.
As I said last week, just wan't to guarantee safety this year.

AV let's be honest, we are 1 win short of where most of us fans expected 3 weeks ago.As you say, Arsenal was a free hit, as was City, and 2we lost unexpectedly to Leicester but we've also picked up wins against Spurs and United since Emery joined so I'd say we are still ahead when you look at the fixtures. I also don't think the performances have been bad, we were an inch away from winning today and absolutely handed Leicester the win on a plate. The reality is that we'll be inconsistent between now and the end of the summer but Emery will be backed and we'll be much stronger next season. This is a time for patience from us Villa fans, we have a world class manager and be needs some time but we are going in the right direction.
