We all know the money, players get now, but they could get £1m a day, and they still can't play continuously like they are doing now . The Premier League, FIFA have to realise with all the competitions they have now, they are killing the Golden goose . God help the players in that world club championship, they will get hardly any rest, by the time the league starts again . If the teams taking part, have a bad start to the season, they may call for a rethink .

Exactly this Dave it's what I've been saying all season what we achieved this season is nothing short of a miracle and adding insult to injury fifa want to make another mo eye making scheme.Footballers are human beings not robots at some point their body like ours will say enough is enough.

A miracle lol we didn't win anything we finished 6th and that's a miracle bottled fa cup semi final and got to quarter final of CL come on daz it was a decent season that's it, if we won a trophy or got top 5 then it would of been a miracle, some of our fan base sound like gooner fans lol

Jonny may I suggest you watch training videos and what goes into them also watch the gym sessions which they do in-between 2 games a week oh and also trying to take in what the manager videos say to them for tactics aswell as carrying knocks minor knocks.You said you played at a good standard was you not tired and aching after a game? If not you didn't give 100% this is professional football not Fifa 25.Im sorry to say you have absolutely no idea and I suggest again that you think before you type because and yes I'm going to say it and mean it this time you make yourself look foolish.

He says he is happy which I believe.
He just gave the smart response to a question by not guaranteeing he would stay or go to avoid any recourse later.
If club get a big bid and accept it then he will probably leave. I don't see him pushing to leave though.

Listening to TalkSPORT this afternoon and it's nice to hear a good news story every now and again.
So Caominh Kelleher has just moved from Liverpool to Brentford for €18 million he previously played for a small provincial side in the south of Ireland called Ringmahon Rangers from Cork. Whoever negotiated the transfer clearly had his head screwed on because he inserted a 20% sell on clause so this small little club from the back of beyond will receive a €3.6 million windfall from the sale plus for some reason Brentford are also paying Ringmahon €750, 000. This little club is picking up €4.3 million from the Kelleher sale. To put that into some kind of context the FAI budget for the whole of the of League of Ireland is €5 million. It will be interesting to see what these guys do with the money

If we need a keeper for next season and we may very well need two Kepa for £5 million is a steal in todays market. I'm not sure but whether he still is but at one time he was the worlds most expensive goalkeeper.

I'm surprised Chelsea aren't going back to him, every keeper since has been worse than the last.
Kepa is a prime example of the wrong player being vilified when surrounded by absolute toss.
My Mrs follows Chelsea and she kind of jumped on the bandwagon and was criticising him for not saving things which most top keepers rarely ever save.
I've seen plenty on here do the same thing with Emi, just because he can pull off a worldy of a save, they expect it all the time like they are routine stops.
