Good grief. We just won. Again. Yet the most recent posts are grumbles. Astonishing.
Well done Villa. Another win. Not pretty for 90 mins but plenty of grit and quality when it mattered. A great effort. Now we focus on Sunday.

I don' think it's that astonishing for people to comment on some of the poor performances tonight, as some were well below par, but as you say, we found a way to win which is all that matters in the short term at least and the next month or so is going to need to be like that at times with games coming thick and fast.
Emery clearly has one eye on protecting players, managing workloads and trying to mitigate the risk of injury to key players, and to his credit he seems to be getting it right.long may it continue!
