Absolutely great run of results and long may it continue. My only concern at the moment is the situation regarding Emi Martinez. He is vital to us at the moment but I sense he may be angling for a move in January. He has started missing games with “a back injury “ and has reportedly let it be known in the media that he is open to a move to Saudi Arabia in the best interest of his family’s financial future.
As others have commented, Bizot has been less than impressive recently and I just hope that if Emi does go, the powers that be have a capable replacement lined up.
Only time will tell whether this is a genuine concern or pure conjecture on my behalf. ??

I tend to agree re Martinez particularly as we are still in danger of breaching squad ratio costs which if right means we need to offload one or two of our big money earners to bring us into line .
Martinez would be one of the more obvious candidates because of his age and the fact there is interest but to my mind that would be a mistake given where we are and the contribution he has made getting us there.
