I'm sure like many on here I have watched plenty of live football this season, how on earth can the likes of Brentford,Hull, Brighton, Sunderland,who have spent a minute amount of money,compared to the obscene amount of millions spent by Chelsea,Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool. How do they keep finding totally unknown players who are skilful, competitive, comfortable on the ball and are able to comfortably compete with the players in the so called big six.
These type of players are out there,why on earth can't the rest of us not use the same model to find some of these gems, it certainly proves they are out there at a fraction of the cost we are all paying for at times very average over paid players.

Was thinking the same, if Brighton are sniffing round someone, get in there 1st, I'm guessing some might be saying the same about us with Madjo

Said a couple of years ago, the talent scouts at Brighton, are well worth looking at. Was told ages ago, that they have a system, that is constantly looking at new talent and planning two three years in advance. What ever they are doing, it's working. UTV.
