We are often linked with Newcastle and our mutual financial restrictions. Like us they have lost a few of their key players and were on the list of teams would struggle this season. I have watched both of their games, they were defensively top class, against Spurs they were excellent and we're so difficult to break down. Compare that with our clueless performance against Brighton. Of course it's only one game and early days, however our weaknesses at the bank was glaring and we don't appear to have addressed this which I think is really poor.
Fortunately Spurs have taken bottom spot off us, however come 10pm Monday night we could easily be back there. Emery will fire the team up as he does, unfortunately if the quality isn't there I worry it will be another game where the spotlight will be on us and this can lead to morale dropping. There is no point thinking everything will be ok, just look at Spurs.

Dave, it's a wait and see, and give them a chance. Obviously, with a more or less new squad, you don't really know what will happen. We just hope it's commitment with skill, and, until we're sorted, a bit of luck. UTV.

Dave, we definitely need a bit of luck. My concern is the back four, I can't see a positive against a top side. Our back four is not even Championship level.
