I don’t understand why some people think the league is more important than winning this trophy?

Cos league means we qualify in top5, and Europa League we have to win it, which ain't gonna happen.

One mistake in the cup and you're gone. We're 8 points ahead in the league; it's our best shot at top 5 and qualification. Last night's performance didn't look anywhere near our biggest priority, and if it was our top priority, we are in trouble.

I'm with V59 on this. I'd rather win the Europa and qualify than finish 5th.
Obviously, I want either to qualify, but to win a trophy and qualify by doing so. ??
