Never doubt Emery world class manager I don’t think guessand and bizot should be near the team. Tom Tom Tom your love affair with Torres is again embarrassing, must admit he’s done better . Agree Bizot couldn’t have had a worse start, but he certainly made up for it .

Somebody needs to tell Emery then that he needs to stop complaining on the sideline because for around 35 mins he was tearing strips off the players, people are entitled to complain if it’s not good enough but that in turn has to be balanced out with the same level of praise when we play well.

let’s have a good honest assessment here, first half hour we were terrible, kept trying to play out and we couldn’t get out most of the time but we kept doing the same thing nonetheless, after the second goal we changed tactics and we went more direct, we pressed in their half and we got 2 goals, started the second half very well, again we pressed in their half and scored another 2 goals.

So in all honesty Emerys tactics weren’t working early on but he changed it like the world class manager he is should do and the team stepped up and showed real character, Bizot terrible for first goal, nothing he could do with the second but again showed character and redeemed himself with as good a save as you will see at the end to hold onto the win, Gussand terrible first half but stuck at it and unlucky not to have gotten on the scoresheet, he had a much better second half, Emery brings on Malen and we went 2 up top (nice to see) get the 4th goal but we lost a bit in midfield lost a goal and Emery quickly changed it to 4-5-1 to see it out.

great game, over the 90 mins as a whole it was a great performance, massive result, delighted for Ollie and that man Malen every time he comes on he seems to make a difference, strong players coming off the bench is massive also.
4 goals inside the box for all the 'experts' and their stupid XG stats (just goes to show it means nothing) massive game at the weekend, a win would be unbelievable and have us in an incredible position, our consistency in results gives us every chance and we know Emery loves the consistency ? and if we keep it up there’s no reason we can’t challenge for the title (which is mental but not impossible) the way results are going in the league this year anything is possible. I hope we keep mixing up the tactics because in my opinion that’s when we are at our best
