So Carragher has now apologised publicly.
Naseef made the point and now I hope Villa do the right thing and withdraw the petition.
Nothing to be gained by carrying on with legal action.

I hope it carries on maybe these so called pundits might think twice about slandering us as fans and a club. How many pundits from sky TNT and so on on are from clubs that are not from the so called Big 6?
It infuriates me that our owner our saviour stands up for us and some want us to drop it or call it embarrassing it's not it's called protecting your club the brand that is Aston Villa.
If you owned a business and someone was trying to get your top players and managers and telling you to STFU know your place would you allow it ?

It is my belief that Naseef has achieved what he set out to do. Sent a message that ‘we're not to be messed with and won't put up with this type of intimidation'.
I think we must hold the moral high ground and accept the apology and move on.
We all have our own thoughts on it, that is mine.
Not saying I'm right, not saying you or anyone else is wrong.

Lads it's absolutely tinpot from the club. Anyone that says hurty words we are gonna tell mommy, genuinely embarrassing.
To top it all off we back up the legal nonsense with a pathetic performance at home to Fulham.
