Wow! What a performance. Emery is a genius. Playing 3 at the back tonight was absolutely spot on. Back 3 never put a foot wrong. Thought Gomes was outstanding tonight. Seemed to pop up all over the pitch.
Buendia should have had a hat trick.
The pace up front was electrifying. Wingers are 19 and 20 !!!
I thought this could have been a banana skin game but reality was very different.
Pity we conceded toward the end but 3 wins out of 3. The 2nd fastest team to 20 wins in UCL/European cup is an amazing stat.
My only concern is McGinn game time. He is playing a lot of minutes which will surely catch up with him and as we know he is the heartbeat of this team and club.

Super performance, only disappointment for me was Bellis not getting any minutes and spare Lindelof once we were comfortable.
can't wait for the city game and see how we fair at home against a top team, great to see Maatsen back on the bench last night we will need his pace on Saturday.
