Just read an interesting article which covered restrictive practices in business. One of the elements that needs to be considered by any business is whether any action the business takes limits fair competition. It seems to me that the spending cap that is PSR/SCR fits that categorisation.
Clearly there must be some reason why that doesn’t apply, otherwise I’m sure some of the clubs, like ourselves and Newcastle, would have tried to go down that road previously, but surely something needs to be done to even the playing field.

I'd send them an Email on it anyways, you never know, anything is better than seeing the squad get torn apart. I'm afraid to go online at this point for fear of more departures.
