Self inflicted disappointing dropped points, great opportunity to go above City you could virtually see the outcome in the first twenty minutes, of course it hasn't changed the table and we are no worse off, but a great opportunity missed. We played in to palace hands who have been on a terrible run and we were as poor as them.

What a surprise how wonderful we were daz? you may be happy with mediocrity, most of us expect more against poor sides. These dropped points could become vital at the end of the season and it's to late then.
If you think this performance was ok that's your opinion that has to be respected, for a team in the top 2/3 it was poor against a side on a poor run.

I think we looked a little leg weary tonight but a point away against a side that’s had our number for the last 6 times we have played them is no bad result.
I am pleasantly surprised by Lindelof despite my initial concerns about lack of pace he has not looked out of place at all.
What does surprise me though is Emery’s persisting with Sancho he offers little or nothing in my view.

Away to Palace midweek under the lights is notoriously tricky, especially for us. I'll take a point and as the saying goes, if you can't win, don't lose.
Encouraging noises coming out of VP that we're trying to strengthen our attack.with a bit more quality in the final third we've got the making of a very good team and will win the arm wrestle in games like tonight.most results went our way (ish) but i'm still much more focused on keeping the gap between us and 5th rather than looking up.
Fixtures are piling up now, let's just hope we don't get any more long term injuries and can add a bit of quality with some creative transfer business.
Controversial view, but i'm hoping for major rotation against Spurs.
