With the age of the side, and the cost of established players, this is the way to go.
When you look at last season's players, very few were household names or actually in demand by other clubs. Unai coached the team to achieve. Give him a chance to do it with this younger, and hopefully faster and fitter, bunch of players.

Just had a look at Harwood Bellis' YouTube. The guy can pick a long pass like Glen Hoddle in his prime. It makes me think that, with Suzuki being able to throw 60M+, we should kill it on fast counter attacks. ?

Exactly, pluffy. Just think back to when Unai took over. Lots of Villa fans wanted to get rid of McGinn. Unai sorted him out. If we finish top 8, then we'll have had a good season given what's happened.
