Saw something earlier that made me think better of Garnacho. He’s gotten a lot of stick in Argentina because he’s stood his ground over him saying that CR7 is better than Messi, even to the point that they say they’ll never pick him for the squad again, & he’s said so be it. Gotta admire him for that. ?

Apparently in Argentina, the players got a heroes' welcome, and, as far as the population are concerned, all the shenanigans after the final whistle are fair enough. In fact, they have started a petition to have the final replayed as the referee was biased, and I think they have over 10,000 signatures. ??

Have you seen all the things on YouTube, Mings? All the stuff Argentina got away with on the way to the final? Even in the final, they complained that Fernandez should have got a straight red for that tackle he got sent off for, not a 2nd yellow, cos VAR could only get involved if a straight red was given, & somehow they thought VAR would disagree with it being a straight red.
