Breathtaking match I'm wrecked after watching it the players must be out on their feet, I think we showed we are fitter than them. We could of lost the head in that first half but we kept cool kept our defensive line brilliantly. I'm proper chuffed with that result. unbelievable ball in from Doug for the first, you won't see a better assist all season and the linkup with Ollie and YT for the second was class, we are better with YT on the pitch I think he has earned his place in the first team. this is some season we are having ?? 7 goals in 13 for Ollie, sure he's not clinical enough ? I think he will get 20 or more in the league this year.
Can't wait to see if Emery adds a couple in January, if we keep up this form we won't have any trouble convincing top players to join. UTV??

I know our away form hasn’t been what we would have wanted it to be, but having said that we are 2 points off top spot at the end of November if anyone had offered us that at the start of the season we would have snatched there hand off. Given our home form if we can beat City and Arsenal at VP in December then we will have to be taken seriously as challengers for one of the Champions League places. If we can add two or three quality signings in January who knows what might be possible??

Jonny Emery is a class act, he will replace Cash and Torres over the next transfer windows, we rode our luck in the first half, second half we showed our class.I feel sorry for Diaby, we don't play to his strengths.

I think cash had a poor game but he’s one of the reasons we won that game when he injured there player. He was pulling all the strings for them until taken off

Emery is absolutely not replacing Torres any time soon. We spent £35m on him at Emery's request and he is currently the main man in terms of how Emery wants to play.
Cash and Digne will be replaced should suitable options be available. Kamara may also be at risk due to getting caught out a little too often.
Outside of those 3 it will be a case of trying to improve competition, mainly for the left side of midfield, as we could do with a right footed winger to suit the system.

Torres will be Emery’s first choice centre back even when everyone’s fit, whilst I agree it is better if you have some pace at the back it isn’t critical remember McGrath wasn’t the quickest but his reading of the game was the best of anyone I can remember and whilst Torres is no McGrath he does have essential qualities that Emery clearly likes in that he is comfortable on the ball, can pick a pass and is dangerous from set plays.
