Great result even though the performance wasn't the best but as people have said if you can go to places like Brentford and win when you aren't playing well that's the sign of a good team. I don't know why but we look a very different side away from home we seem reluctant to move the ball as quickly and consequently teams who just sit back behind the ball are difficult to break down and in fairness to Brentford until they had Mee sent off they looked fairly comfortable.
It will be interesting to see what we do now we have lost Kamara for 3 games. The obvious choice is to play Tielemans in the role if he is fit, however I think he is much better in a more advanced role therefore I wonder whether we might use Dendoncker particularly against Utd he is more defensively minded and whilst he isn't spectacular he does the simple things well and is a solid 6/10 most weeks.
Finally I like Thomas Frank normally he comes over well with the press and gives you a balanced view of the game win lose or draw, however yesterday he clearly lost the plot. Mee was definitely a red card and in fact they could have been down a man earlier as Janelt I think it was went over the top and was late on one of ours but got away with it. As for the penalty shouts, the McGinn one was six of one half a dozen of the other, and Konsa on Maupay, Maupay stepped across Konsa so again credit to the referee as Maupay as usual was trying to con the officials.

I think we seem to struggle to break teams down when they put 10 players behind the ball. I think we can expect that a lot now shows how far we have come
