Villa need a young talented manager who likes to play attacking football and has a plan a/ b/ c . wot happend to playing 433 or 442 with quick wingers and a target and a fast goalscoring striker like we played under oneil with carew an gaby awersome strike force . i think kodja an davis could be that good if bruce plays with freedom an attacks . for me i'd pick deansmith, giggs, sherwood, micheal oneil ireland manager.
