Amavi could be the best left back in country mate. Was incredible in the few matches we saw! Like a younger Ashley Cole.
I hope we manage to keep him!

Lerchy, if you have any Anfield contacts then the fan response on Amavi is to advise your contacts he's awful and don't waste your money!

Truth is that I personally thing he is easily in our Top 3 players. Hard to fully judge but from the brief exposure I think the vast majority of Villa fans rate him extremely highly. Creative, high workrate and seems like an all round good sort

Hope to be visiting Anfield again in a seasons time! :)

well if I say I'd keep him over any of our other players there is your answer lerchy. he's a great player. fast great crosser great going both ways. a 9 out of 10 every game. I hope he gives us at least next season.

No they came to us when they were deemed as unrequired at 'pool.
Still have the newspaper cuttings AV 5 LFC 1, tried to sell them on ebay but no takers.
