If the men's team (or the U23/ 18 teams for that matter) had beaten Leicester 2-1 yesterday and were 3rd in the league (and the Bluenoses were 3rd from bottom of the same league) I imagine there would be a whole raft of positive banter and comments on here. However, since we are talking about the Women's team, a deafening silence prevails. Don't care, or just the slight whiff of footballing mysogyny perhaps? Mind you, there would probably still be one or two nutters on here calling for the manager's head 😂.

Or just simply don’t follow women’s football?
Nothing wrong with that is there?

Why have you no interest in Women’s football - especially as it’s a Villa team? Explain. Frankly, the women’s game yesterday was more entertaining than any of the men’s drudgery I’ve had to sit through at VP so far this season 🤔.

Grew up watching mens football and i don't feel the buzz for womens footy. remember the blues player who slipped a tampon out that was interesting il agree😂.

{Ed033's Note - And that is perfectly ok. Why do some people have to go crazy over political correctness?

I just don’t have any interest menace, I don’t think it needs explaining, I’ve also no interest in cricket so guess what. I don’t watch that either😂😂 I watch men’s football, formula 1 and our own Irish sports ( football, hurling) and I watch rugby and the UFC, I have a full time job aswel as being on call 24/ 7 with the fire service and I’ve 2 kids to rear so you might excuse me if I don’t have time or interest in watching ladies football, best of luck to them and all but it’s nowhere near my agenda.
