Just been doing a bit of digging, this is verified too. Jaoa Félix is 'only' on £115K p/w, not close to £300K as reported. I don't think the fee we'd have to pay is what bothers Villa fans but the wages he's on, £50M or less and something around what he's being paid weekly now and that is deal of the century imo ??‍♂️

I think ultimately we will get him but only because none of the so called ‘bigger clubs’ want him. For me as I have said previously I think he is too inconsistent and I am also sceptical about signing a player who doesn’t really want to be with us. I would much rather sign Raphina or Eze or being greedy both.
