Wouldn't we be better off not paying £7M for Engels and £9-10M on Trezeguet and buying Maupay for £15M, like most strikers this day and age they play anywhere across the front 3?

Engels is a centre back, so maybe not buy Trezeguet and sign Maupay for that 7/8 million more (if prices are to be believed) but think we get Engels regardless, to me either Chester is completely crocked or they want to play 3 at the back. Also worth adding smith had Maupay at Brentford and has been to see trezeguet at AFCON recently, so probably worth trusting his judgement.

I hope there isn’t but is there a limit on what we can spend, FFP and all that? We’re the biggest spenders so far but I imagine the top 6 are going to smash that? Is there any reason we can’t spend £200M if we want?
