Yes, sounds like we've taken the option to sign him for £3m which is pretty good business for a young, promising English defender.
Also, noticed Jota has only signed a two year deal. hopefully a sign that Villa are being a bit more sensible now with contracts and we have the option to trigger a third year if we want to. Will be interesting to see if that's the case.
