Why should he be worried? that's the beauty of being on 41 points after 28 games. You don't need to worry. We aren't going down and even if we lose every game from now until the end of the season the board won't sack him. he's not worried at all. Grealish will be back, we will beat Fulham and the world is rosey again. People on here writing all the negativity will then be singing deanos praises again.

Sorry rich but what happens after this season.? No quality players will want to join to play this rubbish for a stubborn manager who can’t tweak a system like any decent manager can.

Its not bad football is it. We are just lacking in the final third. We are missing 1 of the best creative players in Europe, every side would. We will strengthen again in tbe summer and will have more quality to come in and cover injury. Rome wasn't built in a day. Under lambert and Bruce we played bad negative football. Smith is a breath of fresh air with the way be plays. He comes out and speaks the truth. i'm sure we could attract good players. Not ronaldo and messi which i think some people on here think we have a chance of getting.

It was great football before Xmas rich that was a breath of fresh air but the last 10 games is very negative, countless back passes and constantly giving the ball away, good football has an end product in my book and for the last 2 months or more we have had very little goals.
