I think we're going to struggle now jcks injured for 2months, thank god we got all them points on board, but what ever happens even if we finish in bottom half it's a improvement, I do think players need dropping and fresh blood need to come in, ie biddace, Ramsey bros, kessler, cairneychuckware, and Barry when he comes bck from injury, players need to step up and so does our manager during this run in my view, I still think if we want to be challenging for europa places in future we need a higher calibre manager, but that's not knocking deano he's OK it's about where you want to go as a club, he's OK at the moment because we're taking baby steps, our owners are wealthy business men and surely eventually they will want top half finishes then top 8 with backing we have now.

Chris, West Ham went for a higher calibre of manager when they got Pelligrini instead of Moyes. Deano deserves our support until at least the end of the season.

There’s countless examples you could name Bucktooth, some people don’t realise how you become one of the top managers, they believe they are just born with this great understanding and ability.
Look at all the top managers in the prem, with the exception of Guardiola, everyone of them earnt their stripes to get to where they are. If we can’t give that opportunity to one of our own, then it says a hell of a lot about us as a fan base.
Fortunately I think this is miles from the truth and the overwhelming majority of Villa fans will see Smith stuck by and grow with the club.

Someone close to the grealish family that i know say 6 weeks but I've just read it could be next week so you won't know until you know. Tbf there's always a guise when it comes to star players, keeps opposition guessing i suppose 🤷ðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸.
