It would be interesting to know our ppg record for day games versus night games. West Ham and Brighton were both night while Arsenal were day.
Could the team be struggling to keep focus and energy when there's a whole day preparing for the game?
We're a young team, could be past everyone's bedtime by kick-off :p.

Its an interesting theory, but I think it has to be accepted that we are going through a bad period.
They are professional footballers, claiming to be fitter than the sport has ever seen before.
People should stop looking for excuses all the time, are lacking the services of 3-4 senior players who need dropping for the good of the team and club.
So I offer no excuses, for performance or standards rk.

I'm not looking to excuse it, just an observation that our evening games seem to have been worse.
If anything it would be a worrying trend and mentality/ focus issue that needed to be sorted.

Sorry rk, its got nothing to do with mentality, or whether the moon is a full one or not.
If you keep looking for things like that, the picture becomes to big, and you miss the small simple things, like players not doing their job properly.
If you want the truth, Deano should use the squad he has, and rotate when things are going t-ts up.

You really need to stop getting your knickers in a twist over everything. Not every comment is an invitation to an extreme debate, something as simple as "I'd like to know a stat" is as Ronseal as it looks.

I've resorted to Peroni for the good stuff, a chilled bottle of that tastes more than good enough (but not cheap) .
Strongbow for when the games are on as softer on the gut, sipping a drink replaces the nail biting!

Only during the football for me with the very occasional one with a Friday night takeaway. Definitely better with friends though whatever those are these days lol.
