How did he get a job with the FA?
I am a Pochetino fan and would relish him becoming England manager regardless of the fact he got some guy called Posh Spice sent off some years ago.
We need a different style to bring the best from our players.

I think it was Pochettino who brought Michael Owen down in the box in the 2002 World Cup. It was Beckham (posh spice) who converted the spot kick and it was the only goal of the game.
You’re right Ed it was Simeone who got Beckham sent off, following his childish and irresponsible flick of the leg after Simeone fouled him.
Tov, I’m with you, Pochettino would I think make England a side to be reckoned with, our players are good enough, our current manager isn’t good enough.

Good using the ball but couldn't run and couldn't tackle, Villadave would do better than that.
