So as we are not aloud in footy grounds at the min and i really do miss the chanting. Is anybody actually enjoying watching the games on the Tv? Just a thought because humans are creatures of habbit and if they stop going when we are aloud to go again they might say hang on i can watch the game on iptv for free with a beer in the warm just wondered if it would change you a bit.

I see what you mean, definitely a little benefit on the midweek games, but then again you can’t beat VP under the lights, leaving freezing but on cloud nine because we’ve won!

No atmosphere in any ground.
Bloke on the "sound" machine" tries to instill some passion but sometimes needs a lot more volume.
My wife has not told me to turn the sound down watching any match this season
Interesting to note that away wins are on the up.
Hostile grounds are now just football grounds where teams play.
Our example was the Leeds game at VP. The crowd volume would have driven the players on, but no crowd no noise.
We can hear piped noise but the players nothing.
Why don't they allow the piped noise to reach the pitch?
VP rocks on match day. Now its more like a park pitch on a wet day.

It’s certainly not doing Villa any harm Tov, we have 100% away record away from home, and have scored 7 without reply. It would be difficult to imagine us being that clinical away from home under normal circumstances.
For the time being, I do not believe there is any advantage from playing at home, but if Villa continue their current away form, I for one am happy for empty stadiums to continue for a while yet.
