Personally I say there is no use crying over whether jack is in squad or not. It's Southgate's decision and that is final.
I do however feel that when you look at the squad you have to consider where Jack has been playing and then compare to those selected.
I'm talking wide forward and not as a central MF player.
Therefore he is competing with Sterling, Sancho, Rashford and Greenwood (who was on fire after restart) .
I do think however that their is not another footballer like Jack in the country and would compare him to Gazza in that respect. Funny old thing Gazza was overlooked for quite a while too as I remember and only flourished when paired with David Platt.

I agree to some extent, but look at how different the teams are I’d score the same as sterling is big Kev was feeding me open goals all season.

Nobody gets an assist for someone scoring penalties Ally. Take away those and Kane isn't all he's cracked up to be.
