Mate, just like quality players (referred to in earlier posts) who on earth is going to join the Villa, we had limited promise when promoted and we couldn't get any quality (look what we bought) so who is going to come to, either a relegated side, or a team that survived by the skin of their teeth, get real guys. We need to start with a clean sheet of paper and have a plan for the future, survival football is neither an option or acceptable for the loyal fans who deserve more.

It was always going to be a 4th from bottom job scotty, but if we stay up and our owners get rid of Smith who knows there have very big pockets so why not some1 will turn this club around day so why not in summer, and plus villa is still a pull over most managers.

Depends what our ambitions are, if it's to genuinely make an assault on the top 4 in a few years then we need to show ambition and get a genuine top drawer manager - If we intend to grow steadily then Dyche and Wilder would be excellent choices and let's be honest, both would jump at Villa even in its current state. If we stay up of course!
