I have to agree with you 4eva.
Maybe not the whole team, but certainly 4 or 5 outfield players, we need to see what we have got.
By that I mean in terms of quality and ability, then introduce them to the pressures of first team football.
Indiana Vassilev, Cameron Archer, Easah Sulliman, Jack Clarke, Jack Birch, Mungo Bridge and Louie Barry are all players that should now be given the opportunity to progress and press on.
Other teams do it, why are we not doing it, we are no different to any other club.

Raj that is more or less the same side that lost to Southampton.
If you sit deep against Man City, they will rip you apart mate.
I also think Nyland should be in goal, he has done nothing wrong in my opinion, Reina has got enough medals, and will be gone in May.

I agree Dave, you know my feelings about giving the younger players adequate opportunities.
If the players lacked fight and were holding back against Southampton, because of this weekend’s final, then that is totally unacceptable. If Dean Smith thinks that certain players were guilty of that, then he would be right, imo, to drop those players. It may just make them realize where. there priorities should lie.
All the players you mention are without doubt talented and I don’t think they would let anybody down and like you say it would be a great opportunity to try something new and see what some of our youngsters can do.

Harry redknap has a great story about letting a fan have a game, if you haven’t heard it give it a listen made me chuckle, I think if you all got smashed could give a better performance than a few of our players.
