Guys, should we really compare Villa to Liverpool? I think we all get the point Dave is trying to make but it's not Apples to Apples here, Liverpool are one of the biggest clubs in the world with a queue of world class players waiting to join them - Villa have 1 top player, we are in a relegation dog fight so to sell him in January is madness. Also bare in mind Dave, we have to replace him so Bowen, Rashida and a Jack replacement for the 80M is a lot to ask!
Like Ed are you seriously advocating selling Jack Grealish or playing devil's advocate?

I will say it again, and I quote: Yes I would sell Jack Grealish.
One of the purchases would be Jacks replacement.
Rashica would/ could play his role.
Rashica and Bowen are valued around 60 mil + the pair.
Its not that difficult BK.

Dave I have read with interest the Jack debate, if we want to shoot ourselves in the foot and make possibly the most ridiculous decision in football, go ahead. The principal if you are a Liverpool obviously works, if you are Aston Villa in a precarious league position, will struggle to attract players of any quality, let alone anyone of Jack's ability, it can't possibly make sense.
The debate is academic though, Jack is going nowhere so let's roll our sleeves up and fight for our lives.

I should add, if I was on my own in this I would possibly question myself, as that is not the case I am very comfortable with it.
