The first thing we need to do is to tell Grealish to react quicker, instead of drawing players on to him release the ball sooner, he holds on to it far too long, and does the same thing 9 times out of 10.
When he gets the ball people need to move and provide an outlet for him.

Jack grealish had the best stats in prem league till last week . Before start of game yesterday the only person with better stats was kevin de bruyne so i think they way he is is playing is perfectly fine villadave. The problem is defence and el gazi was absolute pants . He gave the ball away 10 times and was marking player who scored 2nd goal .

Del boy, I don`t care what stats Grealish has, he is very slow and is very predictable mate.
It looks like everything goes through Jack because everyone looks for him, granted he does make himself available.
Stats in football don`t count for a lot to be fair, you could have 80% possession, that means nothing and achieves nothing if its in your own half, 20 shots mean nout if they all hit the corner flag, it all looks great on paper.
Grealish also gave the ball away three times Del, and twice they could have scored breakaways from it.
He is a good player for sure, but could be so much better.
I still think Wesley is our big problem, with him on the pitch we are playing with 10 men, he is very very poor.
The ball bounces of him every time, lost the ball in the area yesterday, then stands still with his hands in the air complaining.
With our style we need two up top no question, either side by side or one lying behind the other.
With what we have Trez is far more valuable than El Gazi, energetic, chases, and can score.
Just my opinion, and observation.

Grealish stats prove that he is playing the best in prem better then any english midfielder this season . He can't do it all on his own . He comes back to defence to collect the ball otherwise it gets smashed up to wesley old steve bruce tactics . Jack grealish is slow and predictable that's why man utd tottenham and several other teams are after him . These are some of the best scouts in world so i think they no talent when they see it . Yes villa dave everyone has a say. I wouldn't say playing in that woeful team yesterday and stepping up and scoring again was struggling and a different player . Man city manager watched him last week and said his incredible talent every time he's on the ball you think somethings going to happen world class . Peps words not mine. Just dunno why giving him stick he's been are best player last few games scoring setting up goals and getting man of match i dunno what else exspect him to do? . I do like him as a very player mate woth heart and head i think he's best attacking midfielder we have had for a long time . I think for his first season in the prem and little injury he had . maybe its time to let oneof these top for teams come and buy him then we can see if he's world class playing with world class players .
