In response to Daz and Dave, like everything you post my comments are my personal views and opinions. I don't agree with patronising, sugar coating things or appeasing those who in my opinion readily accept when the obvious is not working. Taking Wes, I watched all of those players that Dave refers to in their goal scoring ratio, I can't recall any of them having lost the ball rolling around and moaning every time they lost the ball or was fairly tackled. He is obviously under pressure with his price tag, so instead of running around like a headless chicken and acting like a petulant kid, roll your sleeves up and win the fans over. Again all of the players Dave refers to all got respect even though they weren't scoring. Deano has no problem criticizing the team and inviduals when it's warranted and I think I have the same right as a season ticket holder in excess of thirty years. Tottenham, Arsenal, Eveton. Watford fans all had their say, West Ham and Southampton are in due process. I have never called for Deano's head, however if things do not improve I won't be alone in voicing concern. I was extremely disappointed that Deano continued to play the long ball from Heaton on Sunday, Wes hardly won a challenge and the ball came straight back at us. When things aren't working quality coaches at least try and change things, I have seen very little evidence of Deano altering things when things obviously are not working. We have to accept we can't win as often as we would all like, however let's go down with a fight rather than a whimper. So I don't make comments to wind people up as Dave and Daz have suggested, I spend my money and am entitled to my views, if these are unpopular with sensitive ears I can't help that.

There you go, I have said more or less the same as you over the last couple of weeks, and realise things could be better.
We need another striker, we need a couple more attacking mids or wingers yes agreed.
But I am like some others on here, Daz, Rk, DaveDean Kenn, Mainbob and now Delany to name a few, we are not so damning of our manager or players.
We are prepared to give everyone time and the chance they deserve to get it right. that is the difference.
Yes you have every right to your views and opinions, but Constant complaining and head pecking is not good for banter surely.
Let us be optimistic and hope everything starts to fall into place, the plan is yet young, give it chance.

You haven’t got time. This is the Premier League. It is ruthless. You need a Premier League manager. Deano is a nice guy and one of your own but he is not a Premier League manager and should not have been given an extension on his contract until you were in a stable position. If he has the best interests of the club at heart he should do the right thing.

Nuno was not a premiership manager, so that carries no credence at all.
Most managers of premiership clubs have no experience whatsoever of that division, you learn it and grow into it, as did Alex Ferguson, as did Arsene Wenger, do you want me to carry on?
Come back in 12 months mate, maybe everything will have settled down by then.

Dave, wolves fans don't have a derby rival in the premier league and most villa fans are totally indifferent to them, we only have one true rival and small heath don't count at the moment. So let the yam yams have their say and treat it as insignificant as it is.

sack the blind scout who told deno that he'd found a brazilian 'gem'! i don't think we need another winger, trex and el ghazi are good enough, even though neither could cross a road, mcginn is utterly knackered. eric dier is rumoured to be available, i think he would do a better job right in the middle. the boy pione sisto who was almost signed looks cracker. nakamba and luiz can't both play at the same time i think 'our jack will go this time, he won't stay forever off load weskey, taylor, green, nyland, kalanic, elmo.
